Title - Front end Developer
Pay rate: $72 - $88
Typical Day in Role:
• Design and implement modern UI architectures that support responsive layouts, improved usability, and updated authentication/user flows.
• Create user-friendly, accessible interfaces through front-end validations, clear error messaging, and intuitive interaction patterns based on UX best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure UI changes align with updated product requirements, identity modules, and design specifications (including frameworks like ForgeRock UI if applicable).
• Integrate front-end applications with backend APIs using secure, token based authentication mechanisms.
• Develop reusable UI components and patterns that align with the team’s design system and ensure consistency across screens.
• Build and maintain unit tests and UI test suites to ensure stability, visual accuracy, and front-end build quality.
• Conduct accessibility, static code checks, and performance evaluations and address identified issues to meet WCAG and security standards.
• Manage and update UI configuration files needed for build pipelines, environment variables, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE teams to provide UI-related handover details, environment configuration requirements, and operational insights.
• Support releases across development, staging, and production environments, including troubleshooting UI defects and performing regression checks.
• Ensure state management is optimized and aligned with SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue for seamless user experiences.
• Implement UI-level telemetry and logging, ensuring meaningful events are captured for analytics, auditing, and monitoring.
• Contribute to documentation including UI design specifications, interaction guidelines, component libraries, API usage notes, and release updates.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
10 years of experience as a front-end engineer.
5-7 years of experience working with Angular, React, Next.js, Component-Driven Architecture, and Design Systems.
5-7 years of experience with HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, and Responsive Design.
1-2 years of experience with Web Accessibility (WCAG).
Strong experience with Redux and State Management
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience in cache control and Splunk.
• Experience in implementing security (Authentication solution).
•Understanding the Hybrid of Waterfall & Agile methodology
Soft Skills Required:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
