How You’ll Make An Impact

As a champion of Agile practices, you’ll support teams as they reflect, adapt and continuously improve. Using your skills as a facilitator and coach, you’ll help team members strengthen their understanding of Agile principles through collaborative discussions, training and day-to-day guidance.

You’ll simplify complex concepts and foster a culture of learning - encouraging creativity, transparency and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-performing environment, while removing obstacles and encouraging teams to self-organize and collaborate effectively.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile principles and Scrum and Kanban practices through coaching, mentorship and training of cross-functional delivery teams
  • Work on domain teams that include a cross section of business and technical skillsets
  • Facilitate team events, meetings, and workshops
  • Support Product Owners and teams to define and develop innovative processes and improve how they deliver value
  • Remove and/or escalate team delivery impediments
  • Assess the adoption of Agile principles and provide feedback to guide growth and ensure alignment with Agile goals


Required Qualifications

What you’ll bring to the team

  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, education, social science or psychology
  • Minimum five years of experience in technology, innovation or a related field
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) with deep understanding of Agile principles
  • Demonstrated ability to influence behaviours beyond frameworks or checklists
  • Practical experience running core Scrum events (daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews/demos, retrospectives) with documented outcomes
  • Experience analyzing and resolving a wide range of impediments that are strategic, divisional or technical in nature
  • Research-informed exposure to Agile practices in diverse contexts (technology, innovation or similar environments)


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingualism (English and French)
  • Experience facilitating workshops such as story mapping, root cause analysis or value stream mapping
  • Knowledge of FCC business processes and agriculture lending practices
