Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer – Subject Matter Expert (SME)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary SME for Citrix NetScaler across production, non-production, and DR environments.
Design, deploy, and manage L4–L7 load balancing, SSL offloading, traffic management, and application optimization.
Troubleshoot complex performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
Implement and manage SSL, content switching, HA/DR, and security integrations.
Collaborate with network, security, and application teams to onboard and optimize applications.
Support upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Provide L3+ support, RCA, documentation, and technical mentorship.
Required Skills and Experience:
15+ years of hands-on experience with Citrix NetScaler / Citrix ADC in large enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of load balancing, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and networking fundamentals.
Experience in 24x7 production environments with strong stakeholder communication skills.
