A hugely successful global hedge fund, developing their presence in APAC, are looking to hire a Trader Assistant for their rapidly expanding Singapore office.
The role directly supports / faces off to a multi-asset trading desk, working a broad remit covering operational oversight, trade capture, P&L reporting and analysis, trade bookings, execution oversight, risk reports etc. The hire can also expect to regularly work on projects for head traders & senior management in global operations.
Candidates should roughly have 4-8yrs relevant experience in a hedge fund operations / middle office / trader assistant role. A strong academic profile, project management skills and advanced tech are preferred where possible.
The role will offer the successful hire a significant step up on his/her base salary + substantial % bonus for a high performer - the year one budget can be up to a 325k SGD TC for a high performer.
