- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

As the Sales Growth and Acceleration Lead for Google Workspace (GWS) you will be responsible for leading the transition of organizations into the agentic Workspace transformation enterprise era. You will focus on a defined set of customers in Asia Pacific specifically the Top 100 customers with the most iconic brands and largest employee/seat counts. You will drive market penetration by catching global and regional sales plays and driving execution to the Top 100 cohort.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and acceleration programs through Top 100 customers, including fostering a community of field sales representatives and ensuring they are aligned and executing agentic Workspace transformation sales motion.
- Be responsible for Top 100 enterprise hygiene including stakeholder mapping, pursuit plans, demand planning, participant analysis, pipeline activity, customer storytelling.
- Establish a community involving hosting regular executive events at APAC and sub region levels focused on driving customer stories, case studies and advocacy for agentic Workspace transformation, including driving Leaders Exchange events across APAC.
- Lead scaled new business acquisition motion for long tail customers across APAC through partners and new business eagle representatives.
- Lead APAC upper funnel pipeline generation, pipeline management and monthly business reviews. Scale startup motions by working cross-functionally with Marketing, BDR, partner and Field startups lead.
