What will your role be:

• Gain comprehensive knowledge of the complete lifecycle management of a product, starting from conducting thorough market research and requirement analysis, to product planning, design, development, testing, successful product launch, and seamless operation, all under the guidance of experienced product managers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gaining an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of different teams, and developing effective communication and collaboration skills with team members from diverse cultural backgrounds.

• Conduct extensive market research, including customer interviews, surveys, and data analysis, to identify customer needs and preferences in various regions and cultures.

• Assist in product planning and development, including contributing to product design, technical architecture, and quality assurance.

• Collect user feedback and analyze data to support product optimization and iteration, working closely with product managers.

• Learn about product marketing and user training, contributing to strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

• Contribute to the company's international product strategy formulation and business expansion, gaining insights into the company's strategic planning and market competition in different regions.

• Demonstrate a willingness to travel frequently and potentially relocate for international assignments.

What an ideal candidate means to us:

• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, information management, marketing, business administration, UX, or Artificial Intelligence related fields. Candidates with 1-3 years of relevant work experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively identify and understand customer needs.

• Familiarity with product design and development processes, as well as knowledge of agile development methodologies and project management tools.

• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

• Strong learning and adaptability skills, with a willingness to acquire new technologies and skills.

• Keen interest in the international product management field.

• Permanent residency in the country of employment.
