The Manager of Stadium Security plays a critical role in supporting the overall safety, security, and operational excellence of Allegiant Stadium. This position helps ensure compliance with NFL Best Practices, strengthens internal readiness and auditing programs, manages key components of incident reporting and analytics, and partners closely with internal departments and external vendors to uphold a premium, first‑class security environment.

Essential Job Functions

Provide Daily Site Security By:

  • Assist with the ongoing management and implementation of NFL Best Practices for Stadium Security.
  • Oversee and manage the internal Quality Assurance Testing (QAT) Program.
  • Identify trends, vulnerabilities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct internal checks on incident management software.
  • Produce event reports, seasonal summaries, and trending reports.
  • Assist in investigations on event and non-event days.
  • Navigate and review surveillance footage to support investigations
  • Work with security teams to ensure proper staffing levels.
  • Monitor staffing and access control for restricted spaces.
  • Coordinate logistics for dignitaries, VIPs, and political visitors.
  • Assist in identifying and developing security-related capital projects.
  • Develop and refine security policies and SOPs.
  • Maintain SOPs, AARs, and documentation for Safety Act certification.
  • Promote a culture that embraces Raider values and work with staff to create and maintain an environment reflective of those values

Qualifications

  • Must have 3–5 years of experience in a similar security leadership role.
  • Proficiency in the use if a OC, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with 24/7 Software or similar incident management systems.
  • Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to thrive in high-pressure situations.
  • Preferred experience with Genetec or similar VMS platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and critical‑thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
  • Ability to work non‑traditional hours as needed.

Physical Aspects of Position (includes but are not limited to):

  • Sitting for extended periods of time throughout shift
  • Occasional lifting and carrying up to 50lbs.
  • Frequent walking, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, climbing, and pulling.
