Position Description

The Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) plays a critical role in enabling the effective execution of enterprise cybersecurity strategy. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Cybersecurity Chief of Staff / Office of the CISO Operations Analyst to support strategic, operational, and coordination activities across the cybersecurity organization.

This position partners closely with the CISO, Deputy CISO, and cybersecurity leadership team to ensure leadership priorities, governance processes, communications, and business operations are executed efficiently and consistently. The ideal candidate brings strong executive-level coordination skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recurring and ad-hoc leadership meetings and enterprise engagements across the cybersecurity organization, including leadership team forums, extended leadership sessions, cross-functional meetings, and all-hands events
  • Support the collection, consolidation, and reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other operational metrics for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Track leadership action items, decisions, and cross-team dependencies to support timely and effective execution of cybersecurity initiatives
  • Maintain and organize leadership documentation, reference materials, and artifacts to ensure continuity, transparency, and accessibility
  • Provide day-to-day operational support to the CISO and Deputy CISO, including coordination of priorities, workflow facilitation, and leadership calendar management aligned to cybersecurity objectives
  • Ensure appropriate preparation time, stakeholder alignment, sequencing, and execution across leadership commitments and planning cycles
  • Assist with onboarding activities, internal governance processes, and coordination of annual and quarterly planning cycles across the cybersecurity organization
  • Prepare, compile, and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations for quarterly town halls, leadership forums, and other key meetings
Required Skills / EducationRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams in a cybersecurity, technology, or enterprise environment
  • Strong organizational, coordination, and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proven experience tracking action items, metrics, and operational deliverables at a leadership level
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface professionally with senior stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within an Office of the CISO, cybersecurity operations, or enterprise risk environment
  • Familiarity with OKRs, KPIs, business reviews, and governance processes
  • Experience supporting enterprise planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives
  • Comfort working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations with high visibility
