We are looking for a HR Coordinator who has a passion for Data and Reporting, who would love to gain exposure to the L&D space.
This is an 8 month temp assignment from Jan - August based in Sydney Olympic Park.
Your new role:
- Logistics Coordination: Organize and manage logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue booking, and materials preparation.
- LMS Management: Administer and maintain the LMS, ensuring course materials are up-to-date and accessible to learners.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Track and analyse training metrics, preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of programs – POWER BI and EXCEL skills required!
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance training processes and implement best practices.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to promote L&D programs.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all training materials and communications.
- Manage internal communications to enhance employee engagement with L&D initiatives.
You must have:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in using LMS and other educational technologies (workday, cornerstone, Udemy)
- Proficiency on data analysis, trends and tracking - MUST have Power BI experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - energetic and eager to learn
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights - must be passionate about Data
- High energy, fun and motivated
