Job Title: Creative Designer

Location: Doha, Qatar (On-site preferred)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our growing agency team. The ideal candidate will have strong visual and conceptual skills and be able to design across various formats — from social media posts and brand identity to digital assets for web. This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and can work across multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging social media content (posts, carousels, stories, and ads) for multiple brands
• Create brand identity designs including logos, style guides, and brand elements
• Develop digital assets for websites, landing pages, banners, and emailers
• Support in designing marketing collaterals such as brochures, packaging, and posters
• Collaborate with content strategists, social media managers, and video teams to ensure cohesive brand communication
• Ensure visual consistency across all platforms and adhere to brand guidelines
• Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and social media visual standards

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of design experience, preferably in a creative or digital agency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD/Figma is a plus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital design work
• Understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and responsive design principles
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt to varying client needs
• Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively
