Job Summary
The incumbent’s goal is to design, implement, and administer comprehensive total rewards programs covering compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness to attract, retain, and motivate employees. The role ensures alignment with Mowasalat’s business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while supporting data‑driven decision‑making, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs.
Main Responsibilities
Total Rewards Program Development
- Research and analyze market trends, industry benchmarks, and regulatory requirements to support total rewards program development.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to design and implement comprehensive compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs.
- Develop, maintain, and update total rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Compensation & Benefits Administration
- Administer compensation and benefits programs in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct market analyses and recommend compensation and benefits adjustments to maintain competitiveness and fairness.
- Develop and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards, analytics, and reports to support business decisions.
Quality, Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
- Communicate total rewards programs clearly to employees, managers, and HR teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement communication strategies that promote transparency and understanding.
- Provide guidance and support on total rewards‑related policies and inquiries.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze total rewards data to generate insights related to trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of total rewards dashboards, reports, and analytics.
- Work closely with HR teams to identify areas of improvement and recommend data‑driven solutions.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Identify and mitigate total rewards‑related risks through structured risk‑management practices.
- Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks and monitoring mechanisms.
Qualifications, Certificates & Skills
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits.
- Preferably with experience in the transportation sector and at least 3 years of GCC experience in a similar role.
Certifications & Training
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) – preferred.
- Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) – preferred.
- SHRM certification or equivalent HR qualification is an advantage.
