Job Description
Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience with proven track record of leading large-scale
transformation programs in the Banking industry preferred (any other industry is ok, but
large transformation experience in must).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile
journey, scaling agile practices, and driving measurable business outcomes.

Certifications - SAFe Agile certification
Agile Coach with 10+ years of experience with proven track record of leading large-scale
transformation programs in the Banking industry preferred (any other industry is ok, but
large transformation experience in must).
The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in guiding organizations through their agile
journey, scaling agile practices, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide agile transformation programs, spanning multiple
- Define and implement agile operating models, transformation roadmaps, and
- Implement and optimize scaling frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or
- Design portfolio and program-level ceremonies, governance models, and
- Drive transformations across banking domains
- Work with senior leadership to align transformation goals with business
- Develop playbooks, guidelines, and frameworks to standardize agile practices
- Define and track KPIs (e.g., time-to-market, productivity, quality, customer
- Ensure agile practices are adapted to banking environments with regulatory,
