🚀 We’re Hiring: Systems Development Director
We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Platforms & Systems Director to lead the design, development, and transformation of large-scale, customer-facing and core IT systems.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can drive digital transformation, system integration, and product innovation while managing high-performing technical teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of customer-facing platforms and digital products using agile methodologies
- Drive modernization of core IT systems and enterprise architecture
- Oversee system integrations across internal and external platforms
- Leverage data analytics and user insights to enhance system performance and customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Operations, Marketing, etc.)
- Lead and develop teams across QA, Product Development, and Data Analytics
🔹 Requirements:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in system development and integration
- At least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong expertise in agile, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT (Master’s preferred)
- Arabic language skills are mandatory
