Role Description
The CRMNext Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development, customization, and implementation of CRMNext (Gold Version) solutions. This role requires strong technical and functional expertise to design scalable CRM solutions, optimize business processes, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate as a core member of the CRMNext implementation and development team, contributing to full lifecycle delivery.
- Design, develop, and customize CRMNext (Gold Version) applications based on business and technical requirements.
- Build and configure simple to complex workflows within the CRMNext platform to automate business processes.
- Develop and manage technical workflows using Vivid Flow and Autonoma Flow (preferred).
- Configure system layouts, develop custom pages, and implement business rules and translators across CRMNext modules.
- Design and develop custom and advanced reports to support business insights and decision-making.
- Work extensively with CRMNext objects including Lead Management, Service modules, and other toolbox components.
- Design and implement target planning solutions aligned with business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Develop card views and implement Mashup Anywhere solutions for enhanced UI/UX and integrations.
- Design and implement Trinity Cross Sell Modeler, including integrations, whitespace analysis, and machine learning capabilities.
- Integrate CRMNext with external systems using SOAP and REST APIs, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to servers, authentication, IIS, and overall system performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify system risks, propose improvements, and develop mitigation strategies to enhance system performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with CRMNext platform, specifically Gold Version.
- Proven experience in CRMNext implementation projects as part of a core technical team.
- Strong expertise in both functional and technical solution development within CRMNext.
- Advanced knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and database optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS for front-end customization.
- Strong understanding of CRMNext architecture, modules, and extensibility features.
- Experience with system configuration including layouts, business rules, translators, and reporting frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (SOAP & REST).
- Solid understanding of server environments, IIS configuration, authentication mechanisms, and performance tuning.
