Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Conference Producer to lead the development, curation, and execution of high-quality conference content within a fast-paced exhibitions and events environment. The role will focus primarily on speaker acquisition, agenda development, and end-to-end content management, ensuring each conference delivers strong thought leadership, commercial value, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for researching industry trends, identifying relevant themes, and developing compelling conference agendas aligned with event objectives and target audiences. A core part of the role is sourcing, engaging, and securing high-level speakers, including C-suite executives, industry experts, policymakers, and innovators across relevant sectors.
You will manage the full speaker lifecycle, from initial outreach and negotiation through to briefing, coordination, and on-site execution. This includes building and maintaining strong relationships with speakers, advisory boards, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
The role also involves close collaboration with internal sales, marketing, and production teams to ensure content aligns with commercial goals and enhances sponsorship opportunities. You will oversee speaker logistics, session formatting, and ensure seamless delivery of conference programs during live events.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in conference production, content management, or event programming within exhibitions or large-scale events
- Strong experience in speaker acquisition and stakeholder management
- Excellent research and editorial skills with the ability to translate industry trends into engaging agendas
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of sponsorship-driven conference models is highly desirable
