About the Role



The HR role is pivotal in supporting the operational needs of Defacto by managing HR processes and ensuring effective communication between employees and the HR department.



Responsibilities



  • Be the first point of contact for stores and head office employees in the countries Defacto operates regarding all HR processes, systems and practices carried out by HR Department.
  • Executing the recruitment process for Stores and Head Offices in countries.
  • Identify the business needs and align business strategies with HR strategies.
  • Provide communication and implementation support and serve solution into practice.
  • Provide support to employees for HR related topics, systems, processes, policies and promote the use of the HR tools.
  • Leads and follow orientation and on boarding process.
  • Monitor all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation, job termination, etc.) and communicate them with related parties.
  • Provide support for Performance Development and Evaluation System and competency implementations, internal communication processes.
  • Provide support and execute Labor Law issues and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure policies and procedures are tracked and applied.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in HR.
  • Preferably active experience in recruitment and daily HR operations.
  • Preferably experienced in retail companies.
  • Good command of MS Office Programs.
  • Strong organizing, problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Fluent in English.


Required Skills



  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools.


Preferred Skills



  • Experience in employee engagement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
