Job Title: Web Developer

Role Description

  • Deutsche India Pvt Ltd is Deutsche bank’s global platform for front-office & aligned functions to create value by utilizing non-traditional locations, exceptional talent, and a collaborative culture.
  • This branch of Deutsche Bank Group company is looking for extremely bright candidates for the Group Strategic Analytics (GSA) team in India. GSA is the bank’s center of excellence for all analytical effort within the bank. It has a footprint in global hubs like London, New York, Frankfurt, Berlin, Tokyo & Singapore.
  • The candidate hired in this role is required to work in collaboration with global team in London to develop frontend of a web application. Candidate/Applicant is required to develop User Interface as per the business requirements in uWSGI server container. Candidate/Applicant is required to have strong experience in Angular, Typescript, HTML & CSS for developing UI functionalities. Candidate/Applicant should be good in Python programming to integrate the frontend UI code with backend server-side python service. Candidate should possess a very good English communication skill to coordinate and communicate his work effectively with global stakeholders.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and support web portal as per the business requirements e.g. model inventory
  • Responsible for the safety features of the website e.g. permission checks, CSRF, special character screening to prevent code or SQL injection
  • Manage and be accountable for the underlying libraries and their associated functions
  • Collaborate with other team in managing the release and testing of the underlying code for the web page as per set standards


Your Skills And Experience

  • Hands-On-Experience in developing and managing the web page in Angular framework for at least 4 years
  • Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript, plus experience with responsive UI, reusable component design, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Working knowledge of Python and uWSGI application server container
  • Knowledge of relational database queries (Oracle SQL, MySQL)
  • Good attitude, accountable and collaborative work culture
