We are seeking a passionate and talented AI Developer to join our growing team at Associative. If you are a fresher eager to kickstart your career in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and want to work on innovative digital realities, we want to meet you!
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Fresher
- Education: Any Graduate
- Equipment: Must have your own laptop for work
- Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
- Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office (Khandve Complex, Lohegaon)
- Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday through Saturday

- Eligibility: This position is strictly for candidates ready to join a full-time role. It is not intended for candidates who are currently pursuing their education or any full-time courses.
- Work Model: This is a 100% full-time, in-office position in Pune. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
- Interview Format: Mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available.
- Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5-year-old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team. We are not an outsourcing agency or a recruitment consultancy.

- Core AI/ML: Utilizing the Python ecosystem (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and Java libraries (Deeplearning4j).
- Generative AI & LLMs: Building chatbots and content generation tools using frameworks like LangChain, Ollama, and Keras.
- Computer Vision: Image recognition and analysis using OpenCV and custom 3D data processing.
- Innovation & R&D (NexusReal): You’ll be exposed to our flagship project, NexusReal: Intelligence Fused Reality, which bridges digital intelligence and physical reality using Interactive AI Avatars, real-time LLM communication, Neural Radiance Fields (NeRFs), and Gaussian Splatting.
