About this opportunity:

We seek an experienced Agile Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Scrum master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

What you will do:

We are now looking for Scrum Master in delivery team. This job role is responsible for below:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.
• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
• Communicate project status, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
• Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
  
  

The skills you bring:

• Certified Scrum Master / Product Owner
• Knowledge of Scrum framework
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Scaled and distributed Scrum
• Knowledge of other Agile methodologies (Lean, Kanban)
• At least 3 years of experience in IT projects
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master
• At least 1 year of experience in development team management
• Experience in large projects including offshore.
• Experience with Test Driven Development,
• Experience with Behavior Driven Development.
• DevOps experience
• Unit testing and other Agile technics
• Trouble ticketing and Event Management experience
• Automation processes
• Cloud management and deployment
