We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support both product development and project delivery services within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead Agile practices, guide multiple squads, ensure timely delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare high-quality presentations for internal and client stakeholder meetings.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support both product development and project delivery services within our organization. The ideal candidate will lead Agile practices, guide multiple squads, ensure timely delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare high-quality presentations for internal and client stakeholder meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives.
- Work with Product Owners to refine user stories, sprint goals, and release priorities.
- Drive delivery for both product roadmaps and project-based services.
- Remove team blockers and ensure smooth execution across all squads.
- Prepare crisp, professional presentations for leadership, product updates, and client reviews.
- Maintain documentation, sprint metrics, project status, and reports.
- Coordinate with development, QA, and design teams to support releases and ongoing project delivery.
- 4–6 years of experience as a Scrum master’s in technology, product, or project service environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides.
- Strong visual design sense—layout, color, typography, and storytelling.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills (PowerPoint / Google Slides).
- Basic technical understanding (CI/CD, databases, SQL is a plus).
- CSM / PSM certification.
- Experience working in SaaS, product development, or IT services projects.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern development practices.
