Brief about the Team

The Diagnostics team at Tata 1mg is responsible for building and scaling a reliable, high-quality diagnostics ecosystem across B2B and B2C channels. The team works closely with Business, Product, Technology, and Operations stakeholders to ensure seamless partner onboarding, fulfillment excellence, and superior customer experience. As part of this team, you will play a critical role in scaling diagnostics networks while maintaining strong operational discipline and customer trust.

What will you do:

• Own end-to-end diagnostics network operations, including partner onboarding, training, enablement, and performance management

• Manage fulfillment operations and customer experience, ensuring high service quality, reliability, and SLA adherence

• Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes across B2B and B2C use cases

• Collaborate closely with Business, Product, and Technology teams to translate business requirements into operational workflows

• Track and improve key metrics such as service levels, partner performance, NPS/CSAT, productivity, and cost efficiency

• Drive cost optimization, productivity improvements, and margin enhancement initiatives

• Build and own dashboards, SOPs, operating metrics, and review mechanisms to drive execution rigor and accountability

• Support hiring, onboarding, and people management of operations teams as the business scales

What are we looking for:

• 3–6 years of experience in operations, supply chain, fulfillment, or program management roles

• Prior experience in e-commerce, marketplace/platform businesses, logistics, or consumer internet preferred

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data, metrics, and operational KPIs

• Proven ability to manage programs or initiatives end-to-end with clear ownership

• Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without authority
