Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Analytics & AI team and support the development of predictive models, analytical insights, and AI-driven solutions across business functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role suitable for a data scientist who has strong fundamentals and is ready to work on real-world enterprise data problems.

Role Summary
We are looking for a Data Scientist to join our Data Analytics & AI team and support the development of predictive models, analytical insights, and AI-driven solutions across business functions such as Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, validate, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for business use cases such as forecasting, segmentation, anomaly detection, and optimization
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover patterns, trends, and business insights
- Work with large structured datasets from data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) and enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with Data Scientist lead, data engineers and BI teams to ensure data quality, feature readiness, and pipeline reliability
- Translate business problems into analytical problem statements and measurable outcomes
- Present findings and model outputs clearly to business and technical stakeholders
- Support model monitoring, performance evaluation, and continuous improvement
- Document models, assumptions, and methodologies following enterprise standards
- 4–6 years of experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, statsmodels)
- Solid understanding of:
- Supervised & unsupervised learning
- Regression, classification, clustering
- Time-series forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, ML-based approaches
- Experience with SQL and working on cloud data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
- Knowledge of statistics, hypothesis testing, and model evaluation techniques
- Experience working with real-world noisy data and data quality issues
- Ability to communicate analytical insights in a simple, business-friendly manner
