About the position:

We are looking for a motivated and curious Apprentice with a genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence and technology to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to learn and develop practical skills in AI, programming, and the application of intelligent solutions using advanced and innovative tools with a strong focus on the Gaming Industry.

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in programming logic, a strong desire to learn quickly, and the ability to adapt to technological environments. Additionally, they should have logical and structured thinking to understand and organize processes clearly, ensuring that AI configurations and executions are efficient and orderly, maximizing system effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Support teams in AI projects by assisting in data collection, organization, and cleaning.
• Execute simple scripts and basic programming routines, mainly in Python, Javascript and other languages commonly used in the market.
• Assist in technical documentation and preparation of activity and results reports.
• Participate in the development and testing of AI models under supervision.
• Promote the use of generative AI tools, including ChatGPT and Gemini, applying basic prompt engineering concepts and API integration.
• Collaborate with different departments, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
• Follow security, privacy, and ethical guidelines in the use of data and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: Pursuing a High School degree
• Be aged between 14 and 24 years (in accordance with the Brazilian Apprenticeship Law)
• Interest in programming, especially Python (variables, conditional structures, loops, functions, lists, and dictionaries).
• Enthusiasm for data handling (CSV, Excel) and simple exploratory analysis.
• Affinity for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and generative AI.
• Comfortable learning natural language AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, and basic concepts of their application.
• Curious about version control (Git) and repository use (GitHub).
• Logical and structured thinking for clear organization and understanding of processes.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and tools.
• Good oral and written communication skills in Portuguese, with the ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Proactivity, organization, responsibility, and a desire to grow professionally.
• Basic knowledge of technical English for reading documentation is a plus.
• Availability to work a 6-hour daily shift in a schedule compatible with your studies
• Available to work in person at our office in São Paulo, SP (Hybrid mode).
