Role
The successful candidate will join the team and support Portfolio Managers and Relationship Managers in operational activities related to portfolio management and client servicing.
The role combines portfolio monitoring and analysis with operational and administrative coordination, offering a comprehensive view of the investment processes within an international Multi Family Office.
The position requires strong attention to detail, a hands-on mindset and a willingness to manage operational tasks related to investment management and coordination with custodian banks and other counterparties.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Daily monitoring of portfolios and financial instruments.
- Collection and analysis of performance, allocation and risk data.
- Updating portfolio management system and verifying positions.
- Transmitting and monitoring investment orders.
- Supporting operational checks, reconciliations and mandate compliance.
- Preparing periodic reports and Investment Committee materials.
Relationship Management
- Preparing documentation for client meetings (reports, presentations, analyses).
- Coordinating with banks, custodians and external counterparties.
- Managing daily client requests with Relationship Managers.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Updating financial and contractual documentation.
- Supporting account openings processes, collecting documentation.
- Supporting subscription processes for alternative funds and related operational complexities.
- Coordinating with compliance, middle office and reporting.
- Preparing presentations and supporting materials.
Ruolo
La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team e supporterà Portfolio Manager e Relationship Manager nelle attività operative legate alla gestione dei portafogli e al servizio ai clienti.
Il ruolo combina monitoraggio e analisi dei portafogli con attività di coordinamento operativo e amministrativo, offrendo una visione completa dei processi di investimento all’interno di un Multi Family Office internazionale.
La posizione richiede una forte attenzione al dettaglio, spirito pratico e disponibilità a gestire anche attività operative connesse alla gestione degli investimenti e alla relazione con banche depositarie e controparti.
Responsabilità principali
Portfolio Management
- Monitoraggio quotidiano dei portafogli e degli strumenti finanziari.
- Raccolta e analisi dei dati di performance, allocazione e rischio.
- Aggiornamento del sistema di gestione portafogli e verifica delle posizioni.
- Trasmissione e monitoraggio degli ordini di investimento.
- Supporto alle attività operative: controlli titoli, riconciliazioni e rispetto dei mandati.
- Preparazione di report periodici e materiali per il Comitato Investimenti.
Relationship Management
- Preparazione di documentazione per meeting con i clienti (report, presentazioni, analisi).
- Coordinamento operativo con banche depositarie, custodian e controparti.
- Gestione delle richieste quotidiane dei clienti in collaborazione con i Relationship Manager.
Supporto Amministrativo e Operativo
- Aggiornamento e gestione della documentazione finanziaria e contrattuale.
- Supporto nei processi di apertura conti, raccolta documenti.
- Supporto alle sottoscrizioni in fondi alternativi e alle relative complessità operative.
- Coordinamento con compliance, middle office e reporting.
- Preparazione di materiali e presentazioni a supporto del team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Economics, Finance or related fields
- 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within a family office, wealth manager or asset manager
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment instruments.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Strong team orientation and ability to work collaboratively in an international professional environment.
- Precision, reliability, autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
Requisiti
- Laurea in Economia, Finanza o discipline affini.
- 3–5 anni di esperienza in ruoli analoghi presso family office, wealth manager o asset manager.
- Conoscenza dei mercati finanziari e degli strumenti di investimento.
- Ottima conoscenza di Excel e PowerPoint.
- Italiano e inglese fluenti.
- Forte attitudine al lavoro di squadra e capacità di operare in modo collaborativo all’interno di un ambiente professionale internazionale.
- Precisione, autonomia, affidabilità e problem solving.
