As part of the development and evolution of strategic internal applications, our client is looking for a Senior .NET

🧳 Main Responsibilities :

• Developer capable of combining strong technical expertise with a deep understanding of business needs.
• This key role is within a demanding environment where applications are developed internally and widely used by business teams.
• The successful candidate will be involved in both the design and development phases, while interacting directly with end users.
• Participate in the analysis of business needs and support teams in defining appropriate application solutions
• Develop and enhance internal applications based on .NET technologies
• Interact directly with business users to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions
• Translate business challenges into functional and technical specifications
• Contribute to application architecture and technical decision-making
• Ensure code quality, maintainability, and performance of the developed solutions
• Participate in the support and continuous improvement of existing tools
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and various stakeholders across the organization

🎓 Profil :

• Significant experience in .NET development within demanding environments
• Strong ability to operate in a hybrid Developer / Business Analyst role
• Excellent business sense and strong understanding of business challenges
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong people skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of stakeholders (HR teams, business users, IT,
• management)
• Ability to navigate complex organizational environments
• English level C1 required; an additional language is a plus

Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in .NET / C#
• Good command of SQL databases
• Experience with Python, particularly for data analysis, automation, or scripting
• Experience developing critical business applications
• Knowledge of React is a plus
• Good understanding of modern application architectures
