About This Role
Your new Role:
Support The Effective Delivery Of Human Resource Services By Providing Workforce Advice, Assisting With Employee Relations Matters, And Contributing To HR Initiatives That Support Managers And Staff Across The Hospital. You Will
- Provide advice and support to managers, supervisors and staff on a broad range of workforce and HR matters.
- Assist with employee relations case management including grievances, industrial matters, disputes and performance issues.
- Support investigations of complaints or allegations and contribute to reports and recommendations.
- Prepare HR correspondence, reports, briefing notes and documentation for management consideration.
- Coordinate and deliver workforce training, orientation sessions, workshops and presentations.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reporting and information systems.
You are a proactive and collaborative HR professional who enjoys supporting managers and helping resolve workforce matters in a complex and fast-paced environment. You will bring:
- Experience providing HR advice across a range of workforce matters including employee relations and HR policy.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to work effectively with managers and staff.
- Sound problem-solving ability and the capability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion.
- The ability to prepare clear reports, correspondence and briefing materials.
- The ability to interpret or quickly learn relevant legislation, awards and policies within the public sector or healthcare environment.
