We are currently seeking a highly capable Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager to drive the delivery of an innovative Agentic AI solution focused on enhancing Mobile Network Experience insights for frontline teams.

This is a critical opportunity to play a key role in shaping and operationalising a next-generation capability that transforms how customer network experiences are understood and acted upon across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of an AI-driven solution in a complex telecom environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external AI specialists to ensure successful implementation
• Translate business requirements into actionable technical delivery plans
• Drive stakeholder engagement across business and technical teams
• Ensure timely delivery, risk management, and quality outcomes

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Project Manager
• Strong understanding of telecommunications and mobile network environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex technology delivery programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working with distributed teams and external vendors
• Exposure to AI/ML technologies or modern AI architectures
• Familiarity with platforms like Amazon Bedrock or similar AI ecosystems
