We are a rapidly growing company in the medical device sector, seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Product Manager with proven industry experience to drive the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives across our portfolio.

Key responsabilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies based on business goals and market opportunities.
- Align marketing activities with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Regulatory, and Supply Chain.
- Lead the development of promotional materials and customer-facing tools.
- Provide the commercial team with training and resources to ensure effective strategy execution.
- Conduct regular field visits to gather feedback and monitor implementation.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure strategic resource allocation.
- Identify emerging market trends and support the introduction of new products.
- Participate in sales forecasting and business planning processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or Life Sciences. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a marketing role within the medical device industry.
- Fully bilingual: fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage projects, campaigns, and budgets in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for field visits and regional alignment.
