Blockchain in Healthcare Global (BiHG) – IEEE ISTO is expanding its digital asset infrastructure and is seeking a Crypto Wallet Operations Manager to support operational processes related to blockchain wallets and digital asset transfers.

The role focuses on monitoring wallet activity, coordinating crypto asset transfers across exchanges and internal wallets, and maintaining operational oversight of wallet infrastructure. The position supports secure and reliable digital asset operations within systems supported by Blockchain in Healthcare Global (BiHG) – IEEE ISTO.

Responsibilities

• Monitor blockchain wallet activity across multiple networks.

• Track digital asset balances across operational wallets and exchanges.

• Coordinate crypto transfers between exchanges and wallet infrastructure.

• Maintain reporting related to wallet balances and asset movements.

• Support secure signing procedures using hardware wallets.

• Review wallet transactions to identify inconsistencies or operational issues.

• Support internal teams with monitoring of wallet infrastructure systems.

• Maintain documentation related to crypto wallet operational procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working with crypto wallets such as MetaMask, Phantom, or Trust Wallet.

• Familiarity with hardware wallets such as Ledger or Trezor.

• Understanding of blockchain transaction confirmations and gas mechanics.

• Experience transferring crypto assets between exchanges and wallets.

• Familiarity with non-custodial wallet environments.

• Strong operational discipline when handling digital assets.

• Experience monitoring blockchain transactions using block explorers.

• Professional fluency in English.

Compensation

Base Salary: 300,000 - 350,000 USD per year
