You lead software projects from initial concept to successful delivery – coordinating diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment and bringing technical solutions to life together with your team.
- Manage and execute projects across the full life cycle in time, scope, budget, and quality according to CMMI guidelines
- Monitor project progress and proactively adress changes in time, scope or budget
- Own the change request process from specification to handover to support
- Translate business needs into user stories, define functional gaps and align priorities with the DEV team
- Configure our software to fit customer-specific needs and coordinate releases or patches
- Prepare, execute and document test cases with the customer
- Ensure effective collaboration and clear communication across all project phases, keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Completed education in IT or a related field and several years of experience in IT Project Management, including knowledge of databases and object-oriented programming (e.g. JAVA)
- Proactive, structured and hands-on working style with technical affinity
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Openness for business travel (max. 10%) and international cultures

We are legally obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 55.300,- gross per year (full-time: 38,5h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with your qualifications and experience.
