Position Overview:

We are supporting a leading organization in the healthcare sector in the search for a Product Owner – Infrastructure

This role is critical to ensure continuity in managing infrastructure-related initiatives and maintaining alignment between business needs and technical teams.

What you'll do:

• Act as the Product Owner for infrastructure-related initiatives, including cloud, network, and system environments
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategy
• Work closely with technical teams (DevOps, infrastructure engineers, architects) to translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement
• Ensure clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of infrastructure improvements and changes
• Support decision-making by balancing technical constraints and business priorities

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an IT infrastructure environment

Strong understanding of:

• Infrastructure (cloud, networks, systems)
• Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to quickly go onboard and take ownership in an ongoing environment
