🤖 Machine Learning Engineer | Brussels (Hybrid)

We are looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team focused on building and industrializing AI solutions within a modern, Agile environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready ML pipelines
• Collaborate with Data Scientists to build scalable and efficient ML solutions
• Integrate ML models into industrial environments with proper data pipelines and monitoring
• Automate ML workflows including testing, deployment, and retraining
• Support CI/CD processes and ensure smooth model deployment
• Monitor model performance and ensure reliability from both IT and business perspectives
• Facilitate collaboration between AI teams and IT production

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
• Strong expertise in Python (advanced)
• Experience with containerization / virtualization (Docker, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI preferred)
• Knowledge of model, code, and data versioning
• Experience with AI platforms and development environments
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and dependency management tools
