Role USP: Be the driving force for IT Continuity and Cyber Resiliency within the organization, acting as Scrum Master for security squads responsible for critical security and continuity processes.

🎯 YOUR ROLE

As a Scrum Master – IT Production Security, you guide the IT Continuity & Cyber Resiliency squad. You facilitate Agile/Scrum processes, coordinate delivery, and ensure the team is self-organizing and efficient. You support Product Owners and stakeholders while driving continuous improvement of security- and fraud-related initiatives.

📌 WHAT YOU DO

Scrum & Team Facilitation

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization.
• Help the team self-organize and remove obstacles.
• Track team capacity, velocity, and progress.

IT Security & Delivery

• Develop and maintain security solutions (frameworks, tooling, processes).
• Manage operational IT Security services: incident, change, and release management.
• Measure effectiveness through KPIs and control activities.
• Analyze trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate and communicate with other squads, tribes, and stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment and collaboration for delivery of security initiatives.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute to process and methodology improvements within the squad.
• Participate in the Scrum Master Community of Practice (COP) to share best practices.

🫵 YOU

Must-haves:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Expertise in IT Security (IAM, Resiliency, Cyber Defense).
• Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong knowledge of software development and project management methodologies.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial sector.
• Experience with complex security projects in production environments.

Soft skills:

• Proactive, hands-on, and delivery-oriented.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Analytical, autonomous, and resilient.
