🔍 What You’ll Do

After an intensive internal training program, you will:

• Test and analyze Wi‑Fi, cable (DOCSIS), and fiber (PON) technologies
• Develop and automate tests (Python & related tools)
• Diagnose issues and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Build and optimize lab setups
• Grow toward consultancy, project lead, or coach roles

Every project is different—expect variety, responsibility, and continuous learning.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

Someone who is motivated, eager to learn, and retains what they learn.

Must-haves:

• Master’s in Engineering (Electronics/ICT) or equivalent
• Strong interest in data communication & networking
• Basic IP knowledge
• Drive, ownership, curiosity, and a positive mindset
• Fluent Dutch & English

Nice-to-have:

• Scripting knowledge (Python)
• Experience with automation platforms
• Driver’s license B

No experience required—your motivation and learning capability matter most.
