At darwind, we are looking for a Data Consultant who enjoys bringing clarity to complexity and turning raw information into meaningful insights. You help organisations build strong data foundations, enabling better decision‑making and long‑term value creation. What you will do

In this role, you support end‑to‑end data initiatives across business and technical teams. You will:

  • Collect, clean and transform data from various sources.
  • Build dashboards and visualisations using Power BI, Tableau or Excel.
  • Write and optimise SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
  • Support or develop data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and contribute to cloud‑based data environments.
  • Model datasets and design efficient, scalable data structures.
  • Identify patterns, trends and insights that support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with analysts, IT teams and business stakeholders.
  • Improve data quality, documentation and data governance practices.
  • Present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.


Who you are

You bring structure, analytical thinking and clear communication. You also have:

  • A Master’s degree.
  • At least three years of experience in data management or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one analytics or visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau or Excel).
  • Understanding of data modelling, data structures and relational databases.
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • A proactive, accurate and curious mindset.
  • Experience in cloud environments is considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French as a plus.
