About Upfluence

Upfluence helps brands tell their story with powerful influencer & content marketing technology. Upfluence’s software allows brands and agencies to identify and contact millions of social influencers and bloggers at scale to execute comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns, as well as provide detailed reporting metrics. Since the launch of our SaaS software in October 2016, the company has yielded a monthly double-digit growth rate, and we are therefore seeking further expansion for our team and offices. Our rapidly growing global team is currently distributed between our offices in NYC, Los Angeles, Lyon, Mexico City and Paris.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our new squad, which operates within its own functional perimeter (Ads, Mobile and Creator space). The ideal candidate has a strong product mindset, a user-centric vision, and the ability to drive strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent leadership, critical thinking, and strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas to both the squad and leadership team.

As a Product Manager, you will work on a few topics:

🔍 Discovery & Analytics

  • Deeply understand users’ pain points and needs through qualitative and quantitative research
  • Leverage analytical tools (e.g., MixPanel) to track performance, measure adoption, and assess success within your functional perimeter

🚀 Strategy

  • Define and continuously refine the product vision, ensuring it aligns with business objectives and user needs
  • Translate this vision into a clear, actionable roadmap with well-defined priorities
  • Evangelize the product vision internally and externally, ensuring alignment across teams and stakeholders

⚡️ Delivery & Execution

  • Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to craft effective, user-centric solutions
  • Design and optimize user journeys, considering edge cases and service design principles (mock-ups, user flows, etc.)
  • Break down your roadmap into impactful epics, user stories, and batches, ensuring an iterative and value-driven approach
  • Oversee development quality, ensuring bug-free, high-performance releases with the squad
  • Continuously improve product management processes by implementing the best tools and methodologies

Who we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep understanding of user experience (UX) and a passion for crafting seamless, intuitive products
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges and drive effective solutions
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), with confidence in articulating and defending ideas
  • A collaborative mindset, comfortable engaging with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Bonus: UI/UX design skills are a plus!

What we have to offer:

  • Be part of a fast-growing start-up with an international team of over 20 nationalities
  • A stimulating environment with opportunities for growth and autonomy
  • 5 weeks of paid vacation
  • Remote work possible (up to 2.5 days per week)
  • Health insurance (Alan)
  • Stock options
  • Offices in Lyon, the city of gastronomy, with partial remote-friendly policies and public transportation reimbursement
