Your Role And Responsibilities

Within Group HR, you will join the Group Learning team as Leadership & Executive learning coordinator apprentice.

What You’ll Do

  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, Learning & Development community and Personal Assistants to promote the program, drive engagement and participation
  • Drive the delivery of the 5 remaining program sessions across 2026 in partnership with our external provider: ensure logistical requirements are met (bookings, support documents, materials) & ensure budget is on track, updated contracts are in place and invoicing processed
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, sponsors, Learning & Development community and Personal Assistants to promote the program, drive engagement and participation
  • Participant coordination: Ensure sessions are filled w/ diverse participant groups, proactively reaching out to network (call for nomination, invitations, cancellations, attendance, training agreements etc)
  • Organize continuous improvement via analysis of participant evaluations, proactively propose updates of both learning solution and improvements of venue
  • Contribute to the design of a consistent Leadership learning Value proposition including all targets (Next Generation leaders, executives and managers)

YOUR PROFILE

Who You Are

  • You are eager to learn and get experience on leadership learning strategy as well as design and carrying out programs
  • You have excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail (rigorous)
  • You are driven by customer satisfaction
  • You enjoy and know how to work as a team while able to work autonomously
  • You feel comfortable to liaise and collaborate with stakeholders at various levels, building trustful relationships in a multicultural setting (Business English proficiency is a must)
  • You dare to share your ideas and convictions
