What You'll Do
Build core product across frontend + backend. Ship AI-powered features (agents, workflows, AI SDK integrations). Turn ambiguity into a shipped product. Own problems end-to-end (idea, deploy, iterate). Help define engineering culture from day one
Tech Stack: TypeScript
Full-stack generalist (not a narrow specialist). Ex-founder or early-stage startup DNA is a big plus. You build things outside of work. You don't create noise — you create solutions. You're senior enough to operate without hand-holding. You handle uncertainty without spiraling. We don't have the capacity to grow mid-level engineers. We need someone who can carry weight immediately.
Location Berlin office (2–3 days/week preferred) EU passport or existing European work permit required (No visa sponsorship)
