Senior Engineering Manager

Role Overview:

As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of staff and principal engineers responsible for building and scaling mission-critical, customer-facing systems that power voice AI agents used by thousands of businesses globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional team owning the end-to-end product experience, from frontend interfaces to backend orchestration and real-time APIs
• Drive execution across the full stack, ensuring low latency, high reliability, and seamless user interaction
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and ML/LLM teams to shape and launch AI-first features with clear business impact
• Set the bar for engineering quality and velocity, through strong technical leadership, mentoring, and architecture guidance
• Contribute to roadmap definition, team scaling, and strategic prioritisation alongside senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Proven experience leading software engineering teams working on large-scale, customer-facing products in a fast-moving environment.
• Deep understanding of scalable system design, cloud-native applications, and enterprise-grade performance requirements.
• Familiarity or strong interest in LLMs, Agentic AI, or real-time intelligent systems.
• A product-minded approach with the ability to translate user needs into engineering priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
