HR GENERALIST
I’m currently partnering with a large, well-established organisation to hire a HR Generalist / Junior HR Business Partner into their growing team.
This is a newly created role due to continued growth and increased demand across HR — a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to step into a broad, fast-paced and highly visible HR role.
The Role
You’ll join a busy and collaborative HR function, supporting a large and diverse workforce, with real exposure across both operational and strategic HR.
This role offers a strong mix of:
- Employee Relations (from day-to-day cases to more complex situations)
- Business partnering with managers across multiple areas
- Generalist HR support including policies, queries and HR processes
You’ll work closely with an experienced HR leadership team and gain exposure to complex people challenges, stakeholder management and ongoing HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end HR support to managers and employees
- Support and manage employee relations cases, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Coach and guide managers on best practice and employment law
- Support performance management, absence and engagement initiatives
- Contribute to HR reporting, data and continuous improvement
- Assist with ongoing HR projects and organisational initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a HR Generalist or similar role
- Strong exposure to employee relations and Irish employment law
- Experience working in a fast-paced, complex environment
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships quickly
- Someone proactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working with ambiguity

Package & Benefits
- €50,000 to €60,000
- Pension: 7% employer / 5% employee (after 6 months)
