With strong momentum and a growing customer base, they’re hiring a Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in delivering value to clients. This is a greenfield opportunity where you’ll work directly with customers, uncover their reporting challenges, and translate their needs into clear, high-impact user stories within Azure DevOps.
You’ll take ownership of data mapping, calculations, and dashboard logic—ensuring solutions are delivered quickly, accurately, and at scale. If you enjoy working at the intersection of customers, data, and technology, this is a chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
You’ll get to:
● Work as a Technical Business Analyst in a permanent SaaS role
● Join a growing, high-performing implementation team
● Take ownership of greenfield customer implementations
● Own and prioritise the backlog in Azure DevOps
● Translate customer requirements into clear technical deliverables
● Define reporting logic, dashboards, and data structures
Skills / Experience:
● 1–2 years’ experience in a Technical Business Analyst role
● Experience with data migration, reporting, or analytics projects
● Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills
● Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools
● Strong requirements gathering and documentation ability
● Exposure to SQL, data structures, or data modelling is beneficial
Package & Benefits:
€45,000 – €50,000 + Bonus + Annual Leave + Health Insurance
