LKC Technologies, now a business of AMETEK, has been a global leader in ERG equipment for eye care practitioners and researchers for over 35 years. We are a collaborative team dedicated to "super serving" our customers. We are seeking a graphic designer to manage the end-to-end creation of print and digital assets—from traditional brochures and event booth designs to high-quality video content. The ideal candidate will pair foundational design tools with modern AI-assisted technologies to craft compelling visual materials that adhere to brand standards and drive the customer funnel.
Please note: This is a long-term B2B services engagement (contractor status) and not a standard employment contract.
Responsibilities:
- Design marketing materials for both print and digital media in strict alignment with company brand standards.
- Maintain the momentum of existing design projects, ensuring all new creative outputs align perfectly with existing materials.
- Propose innovative ways to improve and update existing visual materials when appropriate, including sales and marketing assets, event booth designs, and customer training materials, while maintaining consistent visual identity.
- Produce and edit high-quality videos, animated graphics, and other electronic multimedia.
- Actively participate in team brainstorming and concept meetings to develop creative strategies appropriate for a B2B audience.
- Adhere to project deadlines and provide regular status updates using Asana project management software.
- Maintain an expert level of knowledge regarding graphic design and emerging visual trends.
- Ensure all visual content is consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice.
- Balance creative innovation with the discipline required for the medical device industry, ensuring all visual outputs are both high-impact and strictly compliant with FDA and regulatory standards.
Must Haves:
- Creative and passionate graphic designer with fluency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Skilled in video editing and the creation of multimedia assets.
- High proficiency in Asana (or similar task management software) to track progress, manage deadlines, and maintain transparent communication with the team.
- Self-motivated and independent in executing design tasks.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a willingness to take initiative.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
Education & Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Demonstrated experience in the production of both print and digital marketing material.
- Strong knowledge of brand messaging and visual storytelling.
- Experience working in an international team with fluent English communication skills.
Role Details:
- Monthly Invoice Range: €2,700 - €3,200. Note: Final offer is based on portfolio strength and experience with video/digital asset management.
- Engagement Type: B2B Services Agreement (Contractor)
- Commitment: Full-time availability (~160 hours/month)
- Duration: Indefinite / Long-term cooperation
- Location: 100% Remote (Targeting: Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia)
