We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer who knows Rust inside and out and has built distributed backend systems that actually hold up under pressure. You’re someone who has worked close to the infrastructure, understands how services behave at scale, and cares about writing code that’s reliable, not just functional. What You’ll

Do:
- Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust, optimized for scalability and reliabil

ity.- Build and maintain distributed systems deployed in Kubernetes-native cloud environme

nts.- Contribute to the development of LLM and RAG-based platform features in product

ion.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver robust soluti

ons.- Participate in code reviews and support continuous improvement of engineering practi

ces.- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and reliability issues across distributed backend servi

ces.
What We Are Looking

- 5+ years of experience in IT

roles.- 3+ years of experience with Rust as a primary programming lan
