The problem

Procurement operations at mid-sized manufacturers still run on email, Excel, and manual ERP entry. Order confirmations get copy-pasted. Exceptions get buried in threads. While every other enterprise function got modern tooling, supply chain ops stayed frozen in time.

What Procurli does

We're building an AI System of Action for procurement — software that reads incoming emails and documents, extracts structured data, executes follow-ups, and syncs everything back to the ERP. Not another dashboard. An autopilot that actually does the work.

We've raised pre-seed funding, have paying design customers, and are building the engineering team that will take this from early product to scale.

What you'll do

You'll be one of the first senior engineers on the team, which means you'll have direct influence over architecture, tooling, and how we build.

• Design and build core product modules end-to-end — from React/Next.js frontend to Python backend services
• Architect integrations with ERPs like Microsoft Dynamics, email systems, and document pipelines
• Solve genuinely hard extraction problems — turning messy emails, PDFs, and attachments into structured, actionable data using LLMs and classical techniques
• Make foundational technical decisions on infrastructure, data modeling, and system design that will define the product for years
• Work directly with the founder and early customers to ship what matters

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience, with strong opinions on how to build reliable systems
• Deep proficiency in React/Next.js and Python (FastAPI or similar)
• Solid experience designing APIs and integrating with external systems
• Strong data modeling skills across SQL and NoSQL
• Comfort operating in early-stage ambiguity — you scope your own work, make tradeoffs, and ship
• Prior experience at a startup (ideally 0→1) where you owned significant technical surface area
• Bonus: exposure to ERP systems, supply chain, or document/email processing pipelines

Salary: 3,500 - 4,500 Eur net + substantial equity
