Aemetriks is looking for a Systems Analyst / Product Owner to join our growing team in Kaunas.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and the technical team, helping turn ideas and requirements into clear, well-structured solutions. You will be responsible for managing and prioritizing the product backlog, gathering and documenting business requirements, and working closely with developers in an Agile environment.
- Act as the key link between stakeholders and the development team;
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements;
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog;
- Write and maintain functional and non-functional requirements;
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives;
- Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing activities;
- Model business processes using BPMN and UML;
- Monitor system performance, track metrics, and prepare reports;
- Support the team with analysis best practices and process improvements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field;
- At least 3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Product Owner;
- Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies;
- Strong business analysis and documentation skills;
- Experience with tools such as Jira or Redmine;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Good command of Lithuanian and English (B2+).
- Experience with SQL and databases;
- Understanding of API integrations and web services;
- Experience with Figma or other UX/UI prototyping tools;
- Knowledge of data analysis and BI solutions.
