Missions
- Design, develop, and maintain robust applications primarily using Java
- Contribute to the implementation of new features on the backend and occasionally on the frontend (Angular)
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve existing products
- Ensure high code quality through best practices (testing, code reviews, refactoring)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
- Support and guide junior developers when needed
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience in software development
- Strong proficiency in Java and its ecosystem (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
- Good understanding of relational databases and SQL
- Experience with Angular or willingness to develop frontend skills
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices (Git, Maven, CI/CD, Docker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and software design principles
- Interest in Open Source technologies
- Agile mindset: team spirit, curiosity, continuous improvement
- Strong communication skills and collaborative attitude
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
