Responsibilities
- Provide coaching and mentorship, acting as a facilitator across development, security, operations, and leadership teams to drive the adoption of DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools.
- Lead DevSecOps transformation initiatives, covering cultural, process, and technical changes.
- Analyze software delivery processes to identify bottlenecks and propose effective solutions.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared ownership.
- Act as a bridge between development, security, and operations teams to enhance alignment and efficiency.
Profile
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects within Agile environments.
- Demonstrated experience implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices.
- Strong understanding of integrating security into the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and senior leadership, and drive organizational change.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to translate complex security concepts into clear and accessible language for diverse audiences.
