• 5–7 years’ testing experience in complex, distributed system environments;

• Background or hands-on experience in Banking / Credit Risk systems;

• Experience with test coordination, including chain (E2E) tests, integration tests, and UAT preparation/support.


Azure & Cloud:

• Proven experience testing Azure-based applications: Azure Functions, App Services, Service Bus, and API integrations.


Test Automation & Practices:

• Strong experience with SpecFlow / ReqNroll / C# and BDD/Gherkin for back‑end test automation;

• Experience across all levels of manual and automated testing: Smoke, System, Regression, Sanity, Performance, Integration, Acceptance, Chain;

• Proficiency in both white-box and black-box testing;

• Experience with API testing (e.g., Postman or similar) and microservices testing;

• Contract-based testing experience;

• Experience creating stubs, drivers, and test data for subsystem testing;

• Experience working with TDD and BDD methodologies.


Messaging & Data:

• Practical experience with Kafka (message validation, producer/consumer testing, schema checks);

• Strong proficiency with SQL Server for test data verification and validation.


DevOps & Tooling:

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (build, test, deployment automation);

• Experience using Azure DevOps Test Plans for managing and executing structured test cases;

• Experience working with Git and documentation in Confluence.


Risk, Controls & Compliance:

• Practitioner-level knowledge of IT risks and controls;

• Experience with Audit, Compliance, and Operational Risk processes.


Interpersonal Skills:

• Perform as an effective member of the chapter;

• Liaise with all levels of Rabobank staff and third parties;

• Mediate between end‑users and IT teams. Provide technical guidance and support;

• Influence and motivate colleagues appropriately.


Customer Focus:

• Engage customers to identify needs, respond effectively, and act from their perspective. Always focus on value creation and service improvement.
