About the role
You are part of the Agile Network Product Team (ICT Core), working in a DevOps environment with Product Owner, Architects, and Engineers.
You deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing network solutions across 50+ global sites.
What you will do
- Co-own the network roadmap with Product Owner and Architect
- Design and deliver network features within the Agile Release Train
- Review and improve network architectures (security, performance, UX)
- Translate requirements into network solutions
- Drive automation (CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible, Python)
- Act as escalation point and manage vendors
- Ensure documentation and knowledge sharing
Key activities
- Monitor and optimize network performance and availability
- Lead complex changes and incident resolution
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and backlog alignment
- Collaborate across ICT teams
- Ensure compliance with security standards (Zero-Trust, NIS2, ISO27001)
Tech stack
- Networking: Aruba CX, EVPN, VXLAN, BGP, Wireless, ClearPass
- Security: Check Point, F5
- WAN: Internet, IPsec VPN, SD-WAN
- Automation: NetBox, Ansible (AWX), Terraform, Python
What you bring
- Bachelor/Master in IT or equivalent
- 8+ years in enterprise networking
- Strong technical and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in DevOps and Agile environments
- Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
