PROJECT MANAGER (m/f)

At HIT d.d. Nova Gorica, we are expanding our team and inviting applications for a Project Manager (m/f) who will lead strategic and operational projects in the areas of digitalization, business process development, compliance, and business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Comprehensive planning, management, and execution of projects (from concept to implementation),

• Leading and coordinating project teams and collaborating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulators,

• Managing project resources, timelines, budgets, and the quality of execution,

• preparing, reviewing, and coordinating project and other necessary documentation, and obtaining required permits,

• identifying, assessing, and managing project risks,

• ensuring project compliance with legislation, internal rules, and standards,

• implementing and optimizing business processes and digital solutions,

• monitoring project performance (KPIs) and reporting to management,

• actively managing change (change management) and supporting organizational transformation.

We are looking for

• a minimum of a bachelor’s degree (in economics or a technical field),

• at least 5 years of experience managing complex projects and project teams,

• experience in the fields of digitalization, IT, organizational change, or regulated activities (e.g., AML) is a plus,

• knowledge of modern project management approaches (Agile, Scrum, hybrid models),

• experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, 4PM, MS Project, etc.),

• the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels,

• analytical thinking, results-oriented approach, decision-making skills, and basic knowledge of working with artificial intelligence

• proactivity, systematic approach, self-motivation, teamwork, and a high degree of responsibility,

• excellent command of English and Italian.
